HOW TO FREEZE PANCAKES
We’ll tell you how you can make use of those extra pancakes by freezing them for the week ahead.
- Freezing your extra pancakes is easy — all you need is some wax paper and aluminum foil. Layering sheets of wax paper in between each pancake prevents them from freezing or sticking together. Once you’ve gone ahead and created your freezer-ready pancake stack, you’ll want to wrap it up seamlessly in aluminum foil. This will prevent freezer burn and help your pancakes stay fresh. If packaged properly, frozen pancakes should stay fresh for up to a month! This is some make-ahead magic that I know will be a huge time-saver in the mornings
